Our mission at Black Women Of Excellence (BWE) is to empower and provide guiding support for black women. At BWE we understand the importance of a supportive and loving community and the power of needed conversation amongst black women.
Our Vision
Our vision at BWE is to provide the space and opportunity for women to empower and support each other in their many different life journeys. In the future it is hoped to expand and operate in many different countries providing young black women with resources, opportunity and mentorship.
Our Values
Our values are based on christian principles of love, community, mentorship, empowerment and support. At BWE we value loving, and uplifting community amongst women. We value being respectful, supportive and resourceful for black women everywhere.
